Our new company name reflects our history as a joint-venture company. EWD Consulting Corp. initially started operation as EBA Waberski Darrow Consulting Ltd. in 2000.  EBA Engineering Consultants Ltd. and Waberski Darrow Survey Group Ltd. joined forces to create a unique company that could provide integrated environmental and land management services.  

In 2007, Waberski Darrow Survey Group was acquired by Focus Corporation. As a result, EBA Waberski Darrow Consulting Ltd. evolved into a new joint-venture between EBA Engineering Consultants Ltd. and Focus Corporation as EWD Consulting Corp.
